Phoenix Helicopter Services offers flight reviews in the R22 and R44.  In addition, we offer Instrument Proficiency Checks in the R44.

Biannual Flight Review

Pricing includes a 1 hour flight and one hour ground to meet FAA requirements.

The flight review will consist of a review of the general operating rules of Part 91 and SFAR 73 as required.  The flight will be at a local airport and will consist of a review of the procedures listed in SFAR 73 and maneuvers tailored to your needs.

If you are not looking to keep your Robinson Helicopter PIC current, let us know and we will not include the SFAR 73 refresher as part of your review.

 

Instrument Proficiency Check

Pricing includes a 1.5 hour flight and a 1.5 hour ground.

The Instrument Proficiency Check will consist of the minimums prescribed for an IPC in the instrument rating practical test standards.  A copy can be obtained here.  Approaches will be completed at a nearby airport.  Our R44 is an instrument trainer equipped with an HSI and Garmin 430.
