FLIGHT TRAINING

At Phoenix Helicopter Services we offer training for Private, Commercial, Instrument, Certified Flight Instructor and Certified Flight Instrument Instructor.

Some of our other services include IFR refresher courses and biannual flight reviews.

All of our VFR training is done in a Robinson R22, and our IFR training is done in an R44. To learn more about the Robinson Helicopters, including our Robinson SFAR training, click here.

All of our training is done one-on-one with your instructor.  Aircraft and ground instruction is billed on the day of the flight, there are no contracts and no time limits.

A little more about our program-

- At Phoenix Helicopter Services, we believe in quality over quantity.  We aren't out to have the most students, we want to have the best prepared students.         - Unlike some larger schools with a classroom environment, our one on one instruction ensures you get the best training possible.
- With our one on one ground training, you can do as much or as little ground as you need.
- No classroom means the schedule is open- come in and fly when it works for you; there is no set schedule you have to meet.
- With no contracts or time limits on your training program, you can fly as much or as little as you like.  While we will try and help you get through the program as quickly (and safely) as you want, we understand that sometimes "life happens" and you need to take extra time.
